Pro Star CD Player for Mercedes EQA

This Pro Star unit adds a single-disc CD player to 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz EQA Class vehicles that no longer include one from the factory. It connects directly to the car's USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay interface. The device draws power from the same USB connection, so no separate power wiring is required. Drivers can control playback using the factory radio or steering-wheel buttons.

USB-powered operation with no extra wiring

Because the player is powered entirely through the vehicle's USB port, it adds no load to the car's electrical system beyond what the port already supplies. There is no external power adapter, no fuse tap and no ignition-switched wire to route. The only cable runs from the player to the USB port, keeping the installation electrically simple and thermally neutral inside the cabin.

Flexible mounting on the centre console or glove box

The compact player can be positioned vertically or horizontally anywhere the USB cable reaches, such as the centre console, glove box or a similar flat surface. No brackets, screws or trim removal are needed, so the original interior remains unaltered. The package includes printed setup instructions and the manufacturer advises allowing two minutes for each new disc to finish indexing before use. Buyers who need multi-disc changers, DVD playback or a head-unit replacement will not find those features here.
