The PolaTab Q95 mini is a USB 2.0 speakerphone with a 360° omnidirectional microphone and integrated speaker. DSP technology provides acoustic echo cancellation and automatic noise suppression for clear conference audio. A built-in USB hub adds a port for peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard or flash drive. The 3 metre cable allows flexible placement on a desk or table.

Teams of up to 10 people sitting within a 3 metre radius will be heard clearly without raising their voices. The mute button silences the microphone only, leaving the speaker active for incoming audio. Plug-and-play operation works with Windows 7 through 10 and macOS on Zoom, Teams, Skype and other common platforms. Larger conference rooms needing wider pickup or multiple microphones should consider a different solution.

The omnidirectional microphone captures voices evenly from every direction within a 3 metre radius. Sensitivity is rated at -33 decibels with a signal-to-noise ratio of 70 decibels. Impedance measures 4 ohm. This single coverage figure determines whether the unit fits the intended meeting space.
