What you get

This pack contains twelve interlocking foam tiles that together cover twelve square feet. Each tile is a twelve-inch square and one-half inch thick, made from EVA foam in a neutral gray colour. The puzzle-style edges lock together without tools, so a single person can lay out a workout surface in minutes.

Coverage limits

The tiles provide a fixed total area of twelve square feet; larger rooms will need additional packs sold in twenty-four, thirty-six or one-hundred-twenty square-foot options. Because the pieces are small squares, covering an irregular floor plan means cutting tiles to fit around obstacles or walls. The foam is waterproof, so moisture will not damage the material, but the joints between tiles are not sealed and liquid can seep underneath if spills are not wiped up promptly.

Build and daily use

EVA foam gives a firm yet cushioned feel that absorbs impact from body-weight exercises, light weights and floor work. The surface texture resists slipping during dynamic movements such as HIIT or martial-arts drills. Tiles can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly, making the system practical for temporary set-ups or for moving the gym area between rooms. Cleaning requires only a damp mop or mild detergent; no special products are needed.
