The PGYTECH MagCam 2 attaches magnetically to compatible smartphones, giving a stable, ergonomic handle that reduces shake for sharper stills and smoother video. A built-in 3000mAh battery charges the phone wirelessly through the same MagSafe or Qi2 connection, so creators can keep shooting without hunting for a cable. The grip pairs over Bluetooth with the PGYTECH Pro Imaging App, unlocking a custom dial for focus, exposure, ISO and zoom adjustments without touching the screen.

3000mAh battery extends shooting sessions

The internal cell powers the grip’s Bluetooth remote and wireless charging simultaneously, letting you top up the phone while recording. When the battery runs out, the grip still functions as a mechanical handle, but wireless charging and remote control stop until it is recharged via its USB-C port. There is no pass-through charging mentioned, so the power bank must be replenished separately between long shoots.

MagSafe or Qi2 phone required for magnetic mount

The grip locks onto phones that support MagSafe or Qi2 magnetic alignment; devices without that standard need a separate magnetic ring or case to attach securely.
