This PartyWoo kit contains 140 black latex balloons in four sizes: five 18-inch, thirty 12-inch, forty 10-inch and sixty-five 5-inch pieces. The assortment is designed for building arches, garlands and centrepieces for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, casino nights and anniversary celebrations. The balloons are made from thick, durable rubber intended to stay inflated for the duration of an event.

Building a Balloon Display

The mixed diameters let installers create graduated layers without sourcing separate packs, and standard necks allow quick inflation by hand pump or electric inflator. Air-filled balloons remain full for up to 72 hours, giving a wide window for setup before the occasion. The 5-inch balloons will not float when filled with helium, so they are suited only for air-filled structures such as floor arches or wall garlands.
