Eight deep-kneading nodes travel along the rail to address tension from the shoulders down to the lumbar region. Three intensity levels, three heating modes, three massage modes and three timer settings of 10, 20 or 30 minutes let you tailor each session. The unit defaults to a 20-minute cycle when switched on.
