Replaces loose bags and mismatched jars

Limits of the push-button seal

The silicone gasket relies on a mechanical button press, so the seal can weaken if the lid rim is cracked or the button mechanism jams. Containers are not rated for liquids under pressure, hot fills or freezer-to-oven transitions. Long-term exposure to strong oils or acidic sauces may discolour the plastic. Buyers who need vacuum-level preservation or temperature-rated vessels should look elsewhere.
