Flap opening for small pets

The Ownpets PET0075 pet door provides a flap opening of 8.25" wide by 10.4" high, sized for small dogs, cats and similar animals. The frame is constructed from ABS plastic with reinforced mesh yarns that resist tearing. A built-in magnetic closure pulls the flap shut automatically after the pet passes through. A manual slide lock lets you keep the door secured when you are away.

Automatic magnetic closure and lock

Magnetic strips in the flap seal it against drafts without a motor or power supply, so operation is silent in normal use. The slide lock engages with a simple push of the blue button to keep pets inside when required. No electrical wiring or batteries are needed for either the automatic close or the lock function. The ABS frame and mesh screen are designed to withstand daily use without warping.

Fits screens, glass and sliding panels

The door mounts into sliding-door screens, glass-door windows, solid panels and patio screens using the supplied screws. Installation follows the included instructions and requires only basic tools. The 8.25" x 10.4" cut-out suits small pets; owners of larger dogs should choose the 14" x 12.2" model instead. This unit does not suit metal doors, thick walls or installations that need a tunnel extension.
