Direct Replacement LCD Panel

This new OIAGLH LCD panel is built to replace the original dashboard pixel module in Ford Escape and Focus vehicles. It uses an RGB LQ042T5DZ11 screen measuring 102 by 70 millimetres and carries the 13K part designation.

Questions about this item

How is the LQ042T5DZ11 dashboard screen installed in a 2013-16 Ford Escape and which step is often missed?

Remove the instrument cluster, disconnect the old panel's ribbon cable, connect the new 102x70mm RGB screen to the same S-Video interface, then reassemble; the step often missed is seating the fragile ribbon fully before locking the connector.

What maintenance or replacement will the LQ042T5DZ11 display need later?

The LCD panel itself has no user-serviceable parts; if backlight uniformity fades or dead pixels appear after years of use, the entire 42 mm diagonal screen assembly is replaced as a unit.
