Nelko 40x30mm Thermal Label Roll

This roll supplies 230 white thermal labels sized 40 by 30 millimetres for the Nelko PM220 label maker. Each label carries an integrated RFID sensor chip that the printer reads for automatic identification. The direct thermal material prints without ink, toner or ribbons. The adhesive layer bonds to most surfaces and resists water, oil, wear and tearing.

Drop-in media for PM220 workflows

The roll loads directly into the PM220 without tools or separate ribbon cartridges. Because the printer uses heat alone, there is no consumable ribbon to replace and no ink to dry out. The compact roll dimensions of 5.79 by 5.11 by 5.38 centimetres fit the printer’s internal bay. Users who need continuous high-volume printing or labels larger than 1.57 by 1.18 inches will need a different media format.

Passive media with no power or cooling needs

The labels draw no electricity and generate no heat during printing; all thermal energy comes from the PM220 print head. There are no moving parts, fans or electronic components on the roll itself. The BPA- and BPS-free paper remains stable at normal indoor temperatures. Storage away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity preserves adhesive performance and print quality.
