Sustained relief through gravity and temperature

Lying on the stretcher for about 10 minutes lets gravity gently stretch the cervical spine while the gel pack delivers consistent hot or cold therapy. The plush-covered side moderates temperature transfer for the first session; the nylon side can be used afterward for more intense cooling or heating. Overuse beyond the recommended duration may strain cervical muscles, so the device is not a substitute for an overnight pillow.

Simple setup with a few fitting notes

The gel pack attaches by pressing its glued end to the stretcher base, stretching it across the middle and securing the Velcro so it sits on the cervical curve. A flat surface such as a bed or sofa is required; the user lies back with knees bent and head suspended to let gravity do the work.
