High-security round-body padlock

The Mul-T-Lock TSR25 is a 2-1/2 inch solid-steel padlock with a short 7/16 inch Boron shackle and 006 keyway. It targets owners of service vans, utility vans, delivery trucks, trailers and building doors who need patented key control and resistance to cutting attempts. The double ball-bearing locking mechanism and 55 degree key rotation provide the core security features for these applications.

Straightforward shackle installation

The short shackle fits standard hasps on the listed vehicle and door types without modification. The 55 degree key turn is the only operational step required after the shackle passes through the mounting point. The restricted 006 keyway means duplicate keys are only available to the registered Key Card holder, so lost keys cannot be copied locally. Buyers who need a longer shackle clearance for thicker chains or non-standard hasps cannot use this model.

Hardened steel body with short Boron shackle

The round body and hardened Boron steel shackle comfortably resist bolt-cutter and saw attacks on typical van and trailer hasps. The short 7/16 inch shackle diameter limits the internal clearance, so the lock runs out of room when securing oversized chain links or wide staple plates. The T-Series cylinder handles daily commercial use without wear, but the fixed shackle length cannot be swapped for a longer version.
