Copper Type K coil for potable water systems

This 100-foot coil of seamless copper tubing meets ASTM B88, NSF 372 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standards for drinking-water installations. The soft temper allows easy bending by hand or with simple tools, reducing the need for extra fittings in long runs. It is suited for plumbers and contractors who need a continuous length of Type K copper for new or replacement supply lines.

Fits standard 1/4 in copper tube size

The 0.25-inch inside diameter and 0.035-inch wall thickness match Type K dimensions, so the coil works with common flare, compression or solder fittings without adapters. Supplied as a bare coil, it requires the installer to cut, clean and finish each end on site. No factory-applied coating or pre-capped ends are included, giving full control over joint preparation.

Rated for 860 psi at 200 °F

Under sustained pressure and elevated temperature the tubing retains its pressure rating without derating for short-term spikes. The C12200 alloy resists dezincification and stress-corrosion cracking in continuous hot-water circulation loops. Soft temper helps absorb vibration and thermal expansion cycles, reducing fatigue at joints over the service life of the system.
