The Mueller Industries 40107 fitting joins two 2-inch copper tubes with a 1/2-inch branch using sweat connections on all three ends. It is designed for potable water systems in residential or light commercial plumbing installations. Wrot copper construction provides the corrosion resistance required for continuous water contact. The centre stop is not applicable, allowing full insertion depth on each port.

The fitting is not pre-cleaned, so thorough abrasion of tube ends is necessary.
