iPad Stylus with USB-C Charging

The MoKo Pencil is a capacitive stylus built for iPad models released between 2018 and 2025. It supports the 10th and 11th generation iPad, the iPad Air line including the 13-inch M3 and M2 versions, iPad Mini from the 5th generation onward, and iPad Pro 11-inch and 12.9-inch models up to the M4 series. The aluminium alloy body weighs very little and resists corrosion, while a built-in magnet secures the pen to the side of compatible iPads for storage. Double-tap the cap to wake the stylus and begin writing or drawing immediately.

USB-C Charging Limits

Power comes through a USB-C cable that is included in the box. A full charge takes roughly 30 minutes and delivers 8 to 10 hours of active use, with a standby time of up to 10 months. The stylus enters sleep mode automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve energy. Four indicator lights on the barrel show the remaining charge level. Note that magnetic attachment does not work with the 10th generation iPad from 2022 or the 11th generation iPad (A16) from 2025, so those owners must store the pen separately.

Tilt Sensitivity and Palm Rejection

The decisive feature is tilt-sensitive input combined with palm rejection. The tip detects the angle of the stylus and varies line thickness accordingly, which is essential for shading and sketching workflows. Palm rejection lets you rest your hand on the screen while writing without creating stray marks. Buyers who need pressure-sensitive input or shortcut buttons should look elsewhere, as this model offers neither.
