Milwaukee Valve 105 Quarter-Inch Gate Valve

The Milwaukee Valve 105 is a quarter-inch bronze gate valve rated for Class 125 service. It handles water, oil and gas at up to 200 psi operating pressure and 125 psi steam pressure. The solid bronze wedge and non-rising stem are operated by a wheel handle. Female NPT threads on both ends allow direct piping connection.

Suitable for low-pressure plumbing

This valve suits installers who need a compact bronze gate valve for 200 psi water, oil or gas lines. It is not for buyers who require a rising-stem design for visual position indication. It is not for systems that demand flanged connections instead of threaded NPT ends. It is not for applications exceeding the 125 psi steam limit.

Threaded installation with basic tools

The female NPT connections install with standard pipe wrenches and thread sealant on quarter-inch pipe. The screw-in bonnet simplifies disassembly for seat inspection. Over-tightening the bonnet or wedge can damage the bronze threads and cause leakage. Debris in the line may prevent the solid wedge from sealing fully.
