This licence grants one user access to Exchange Server Enterprise 2019 features. It is intended for organisations that run the on-premises mailbox and calendaring platform and need a single additional client access licence. The entitlement is perpetual and delivered through the Cloud Solution Provider channel.

One user entitlement and perpetual term

The CAL covers a single named user across all supported access methods for the 2019 release. It does not add server licences, additional user counts or subscription benefits beyond the perpetual rights included. Capacity ends at one user; further seats require additional CAL purchases.

Tenant ID required for fulfilment

Microsoft requires a valid Azure Active Directory tenant identifier before the licence can be provisioned. Orders cannot be processed until the tenant ID is supplied or a new tenant creation is requested. Buyers without an existing tenant must arrange one prior to purchase.
