Oil Rubbed Bronze Bathtub Drain Kit

The Meterk drain kit fits standard US and Canadian bathtubs with a 1-3/8 inch NPSM fine thread and includes an adapter bushing for 1-1/2 inch NPSM waste elbows. It is designed as a direct replacement for existing lift-and-turn assemblies. The cUPC approval confirms compliance with plumbing codes for residential installations.

Hair Catcher and Anti-Corrosion Finish

A built-in hair catcher traps debris and prevents jewellery from falling down the drain while a thickened rubber gasket reduces the risk of leaks. The oil rubbed bronze finish uses a five-layer electroplating process on brass to resist rust, peeling and corrosion during prolonged water exposure. The kit supplies the drain body, adapter, two-hole overflow faceplate, faceplate screws and gasket in one package.

Thread Compatibility and Installation Limits

The drain body uses an 11.5/16 UNC fine thread exterior that matches 1-3/8 inch NPSM tub elbows; the included brass adapter extends coverage to 1-1/2 inch NPSM elbows. It will not fit tubs with different thread pitches or non-standard elbow sizes. Installation is completed by hand with the supplied hardware and does not require specialised tools.
