Bright Brass Grade 1 Deadbolt

The Medeco Maxum 11-R623-605-00 is a double cylinder tubular deadbolt finished in bright brass. It carries a Grade 1 rating and uses a six-pin tumbler with the Original 00 keyway. The unit fits doors between 1-3/8" and 2-1/2" thick with a 2-3/8" backset and 1" faceplate. It suits apartments, retail outlets, residences and multi-family units needing high-security hardware.

ANSI A156.30 and UL 437 Certified

This deadbolt meets ANSI/BHMA A156.30 standards and uses UL 437 listed cylinders for high-security applications. Solid brass construction adds anti-drilling and anti-prying resistance. The cylinder provides triple locking security against picking and unauthorised key duplication. No electronic components are present, so power draw and noise are not applicable.

Sustained Physical Attack Resistance

Under prolonged attack the solid brass body and hardened cylinder resist drilling and prying without degradation. The six-pin tumbler maintains pick resistance over repeated use. Double cylinder operation requires a key on both sides, preventing thumb-turn bypass if glass is broken. The lock is not suited for doors thinner than 1-3/8" or thicker than 2-1/2", nor for single-cylinder or keyless entry requirements.
