Upgrade From Basic Adhesive Loops

Limits Of Half-Coverage Cases

The tether tab requires a full-coverage case that fully encloses the phone edges to hold the thin metal pad securely in place. Half-coverage or bumper-style cases cannot retain the tab, so the product will not work with those designs. Both wired and wireless charging function normally without removing the pad, provided the case supports the charging method.
