The Master Lock padlock is a commercial-grade security device built with a solid steel body and hardened steel shackle. It uses a 5-pin cylinder with a Master K81 keyway and is supplied keyed different, so each lock opens only with its own unique key. The rectangular body measures 1 3/4 in high and wide by 7/8 in thick, while the long shackle provides 1 1/2 in of vertical clearance and 3/4 in of horizontal space.

Keyed Different Convenience

Because the cylinder is non-rekeyable and each unit ships with a unique key code, there is no need for a control key or key registration. The package includes two keys cut to the 10R41 code, allowing immediate use without a locksmith. This setup suits installations where every lock must operate independently, such as separate storage units, toolboxes or gate latches.

Steel Build and Long Shackle

The all-steel construction resists cutting and prying, and the dual bumper design cushions the shackle against the body during handling. The long shackle extends reach for thicker hasps, chains or overlapping hardware, while the 5/16 in diameter fits standard padlock eyes. No weather-resistant coating is applied, so outdoor use in exposed locations should be evaluated against local conditions.
