Mechanical push-button padlock

This Master Lock 643D uses a four-dial combination mechanism with a resettable code so you can set your own sequence. The rectangular aluminium body has a nickel-plated silver finish and measures 1 11/16 inches high by 1 9/16 inches wide with a 9/16 inch thickness. A hardened steel shackle 1/4 inch in diameter provides 7/8 inch of vertical clearance and 1 inch of horizontal clearance for hasps or chains. No key control or control-key registration is required.

Verify shackle fit and environment

Check that the 1/4 inch shackle diameter and 7/8 inch shackle height will pass through the hasp, chain link or locker latch you intend to secure. Confirm the 1 inch shackle width matches the inside width of the mounting point. The product data states the lock is not weather resistant so plan for indoor or sheltered use only. No control key is needed and registration is not required.

Aluminium body with steel shackle

The rectangular aluminium body keeps weight low while the nickel plating resists everyday corrosion in dry conditions. Side-mounted dials allow one-handed operation even when the lock is mounted close to a wall or door frame. The steel shackle resists cutting better than the aluminium body but the lock carries no weather-resistance rating so moisture exposure should be avoided. Four resettable dials let you change the combination whenever access needs change.
