Universal analog-to-HDMI bridge

The LVY LVY-027 accepts two composite RCA sources and converts them to a single HDMI 1080p output at 60 Hz. It is built for owners of legacy consoles such as the Wii, N64, PS1, PS2 or PS3, plus DVD players, VCRs or set-top boxes that only offer yellow, white and red connectors. No drivers are required; the unit draws power from an external USB source and is ready the moment it is plugged in. A toggle on the housing switches between 4:3 and 16:9 output to match the display.

Steady 1080p60 conversion under continuous play

The converter maintains a stable 1080p 60 Hz signal during extended gaming or playback sessions without dropping frames or introducing noticeable latency. It handles PAL, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N input standards automatically, so region-specific tapes or cartridges display correctly. The compact 3.6 cm by 2.4 cm by .6 cm enclosure stays cool during hours of operation because it only processes video, it does not upscale or enhance the source material. Audio travels alongside video through the HDMI link with no separate cables needed.

Replaces single-source adapters

This unit replaces individual RCA-to-HDMI dongles that only accept one device at a time, letting you keep two sources connected and switch instantly with the push button. The upgrade is worthwhile when a modern display lacks composite inputs and you regularly alternate between, for example, a retro console and a VCR. It will not help if you need component, S-Video or RGB inputs, nor will it pass 3D, 4K or HDR signals. The converter simply bridges the analog gap so legacy gear works on current screens.
