The Lumitec Moray Flex Strip Spectrum RGBW is a 10.5-foot marine lighting strip designed for boat owners who want full-colour illumination without external control boxes. Its integrated controller manages colour output and dimming directly from a standard on/off switch. The strip suits cabin, cockpit or accent lighting where simplified wiring is a priority. It is not intended for installations that require DMX or proprietary bus control.

Two-Wire 12 VDC Interface

The strip connects to a 12 VDC system using only two conductors, drawing between 687 mA and 2.75 A depending on output level. Colour changes and dimming are executed through a timed toggle protocol on the same power wires, so no separate signal cable is needed. An optional Poco Digital Lighting Control network can be added for MFD or smart-device operation. The IP67 rating protects the electronics from immersion, but the two-wire scheme limits integration with multi-zone automation systems that expect dedicated data lines.

Output Range 225-900 Lumens

At full intensity the strip delivers up to 900 lumens with a CRI of 80+ and a correlated colour temperature of 5000 K, providing bright white light for task areas. The lower end of 225 lumens suits subtle accent or night-vision preservation. The built-in power management handles thermal load within the sealed housing, yet the fixed length and maximum current draw mean longer runs or higher-density layouts will require additional strips and separate power feeds.
