HP laptop charging via USB-C PD

No fan or cooling is needed for the cable itself.

Build and daily use

A built-in PD emulator at the USB-C female end handles the handshake with the charger. The short .2 m tail reduces strain on both ports but limits placement flexibility between the charger and laptop. The fixed 4.5 * 3.0 mm tip fits only matching HP barrels, so it cannot serve devices with other connector sizes or lower voltage requirements.
