Right Angle NEMA 6-15P Plug

This ETL certified right angle male AC plug uses a NEMA 6-15P three pole configuration rated for 15 amps at 250 volts. It is designed for DIY rewiring of power cords on appliances or equipment requiring a 250 volt connection. The plug accepts SJT 18, 16, 14 and AWG 12 gauge power cords for flexible installation.

12 Direction Rotatable Design

The plug housing rotates to 12 positions allowing the cord exit to be oriented precisely where space is tight behind furniture or equipment. This rotation helps prevent sharp bends in the cable that can damage conductors over time. The vertical flame rating is 94V-0 and the housing uses nylon material for heat resistance. Copper pin blades and brass terminals provide the electrical contact surfaces.

Screw Lock Terminal Installation

A screw lock terminal design secures the stripped wire ends without soldering for a solid connection. Installation requires basic hand tools to tighten the three terminal screws onto the cord conductors. The main difficulty is ensuring each wire is fully inserted and clamped under the correct terminal screw to avoid loose connections or reversed polarity. The right angle body limits working space slightly when tightening the screws.
