Flexible hose kit for coolant and lubricant routing

The Loc-Line 69540 pack supplies 54 pre-assembled acetal copolymer segments that snap together to form a 25 ft hose. Each segment measures 5 1/2 in and connects with a 3/4 in diameter, so machine operators can route coolant, cutting oil or cleaning solvents around fixtures without fixed piping. The material resists corrosion and water while tolerating acetone, alcohol, gasoline, lacquer solvents, oils and sodium hydroxide. Element clamps are included to lock joints in position once the line is shaped.

Because every joint pivots by hand, the hose holds its shape under vibration yet can be repositioned in seconds when tooling changes.
