Two-Pack Shutoff Valve for 3/4 in NPT Systems

The Loc-Line 61516 kit supplies two male NPT shutoff valves built from corrosion-resistant acetal. Each valve threads directly into 3/4 in NPT ports and is designed for use with 3/4 in flexible hose assemblies. The material resists water and a broad range of lubricants including acetone, alcohol, dish detergents, ethyl, gasoline, grease, lacquer solvents, oils and sodium hydroxide. The package delivers a ready pair for dual-line installations.

Threaded NPT Limits and Chemical Compatibility

The valves rely on a 3/4 in male NPT thread for sealing, so the mating port must provide the matching female NPT profile. No compression or push-fit connection is supported; the joint is purely threaded. Chemical resistance is limited to the listed lubricants and solvents; exposure to fluids outside that list is not covered by the material specification. The acetal body is not rated for high-pressure hydraulic service beyond typical drain and trap pressures.

Replaces Individual Valves

Buyers who currently assemble single valves with separate adapters gain a matched pair that eliminates thread mismatches between components. The kit is not suited for systems requiring female-threaded inlets, non-NPT thread forms, or larger-diameter hose connections. It also does not address installations that need integrated check-valve function or electronic actuation.
