The Lexmark X652de MFP combines copying, scanning, duplex printing and high-speed faxing in one device. It produces monochrome output at up to 45 ppm and is operated through a customisable 7-inch colour touch screen. The built-in solutions framework lets departments add workflow apps directly on the panel. Compact dimensions allow it to fit on a standard office desk or shared print station.

Speed and volume headroom

At 45 ppm the engine handles daily department loads, batch reports and double-sided handouts without queuing. Duplex printing cuts paper use for multi-page documents. The single high-capacity toner cartridge supplies enough pages for typical monthly cycles before replacement. Very high-volume environments or colour-output needs will exceed the device’s monochrome design and single-cartridge capacity.

Upgrade path from single-function units

Offices replacing a standalone copier, scanner and fax machine gain desk space and a unified interface. The jump is worthwhile when users need walk-up duplex printing, colour scanning to email or network folders, and fax confirmation from the same touch screen.
