Lexmark 550-Sheet Media Tray for MX822 and MX826

This 550-sheet media tray expands paper capacity for Lexmark MX822ade, MX822adxe, MX826ade and MX826adxe multifunction printers. It accepts A4, A5, A6, Executive, Folio, JIS B5, Letter, Legal, Oficio and Statement sizes. The tray handles plain paper from 16 to 47 lb (60 to 176 gsm) plus transparencies, card stock, labels and envelopes. It is sold as a single unit in black.

Replaces standard input capacity for high-volume

The tray adds a 550-sheet source so large jobs run without frequent reloading. It supports paper, transparencies, card stock, labels and envelope sizes 7¾, 9, 10, B5, C5 and DL. Sensors report paper size, tray presence, low paper and empty conditions. The optional caster base may be required when the printer is configured with a spacer or one to four additional trays.

Installs by aligning and sliding into the printer

The unit seats into the dedicated tray bay on supported MX822 and MX826 models. No tools are needed; the tray locks in place when fully inserted. Misalignment can prevent the tray-present sensor from registering, so verify the tray sits flush. Ensure the optional caster base is fitted if the configuration includes a spacer or multiple trays to avoid instability.
