Limits of the Onboard Database and App Sync

The scale stores an offline library of 999 foods so you can view macros without Wi-Fi. For the full 1M+ database and automatic logging you must connect to the Fitdays app, which syncs with Apple Health and Fitbit. Without the app you cannot access the wider food list, daily nutrition reports or personalised guidance. The onboard library covers 24 nutrients but does not update automatically.

Simple Setup With a Few Common Pitfalls

Insert the four AAA batteries, turn the scale on and pair it once with the Fitdays app to unlock the full database. The stainless steel platform wipes clean, but liquids must not enter the battery compartment or touch the display edges. Readings drift if the scale is moved while weighing or if the surface is uneven. Remember to use the tare button after placing a container, otherwise the container weight is included in the nutrition totals.
