Sweat-Joint Construction and Dimensions

Each port is sized for copper tubing with 3-1/8-inch, 2-1/8-inch and 3-1/8-inch outside diameters. The smooth bore allows full flow without restriction at the transition. Sweat ends demand proper flux, solder and heat for a leak-free joint. Transparent copper surface lets the installer verify complete fillet formation during assembly.
