This no-lead forged brass adapter joins 1" PEX tubing to CPVC pipe in potable-water systems. It meets California Proposition 65 disclosure requirements for listed chemicals. The fitting is supplied new and ready for crimp or clamp connections on the PEX side and solvent-weld on the CPVC side.

Capacity and Pressure Limits

The forged brass body provides the pressure rating normal for 1" copper-tube-size fittings in residential and light-commercial plumbing. Headroom is sufficient for typical hot and cold distribution pressures; the adapter is not rated for high-pressure hydronic or industrial service beyond standard plumbing codes.
