40" Hex Grip Arm for Precise Positioning

The Kupo 40" Hex Grip Arm with Big Handle is a new lighting and studio accessory built from high-grade aluminium and steel. Its 40-inch steel tube features a machined non-slip texture and a 16 mm diameter. The oversized ergonomic T-handle with roller bearings delivers maximum torque for secure locking. A 2-1/2 inch grip head uses rotating aluminium discs with four V-shaped jaws to hold equipment firmly.

Replaces Shorter or Fixed Arms for Flexible Mounting

This arm replaces shorter or fixed-length mounting solutions when a shoot demands extended reach and precise angle adjustment. The jump is worth it whenever you need to position lights, flags or modifiers at a distance from the stand while maintaining a rigid, non-slip hold. The 40-inch length and high torque handle let you lock heavy accessories in place without creep during long sessions.

Limited to 16 mm Stud Compatibility

The grip head accepts only 16 mm, 1/2 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch mounting studs or tubing, so gear with larger or proprietary mounts cannot be attached directly. All positioning and locking are performed manually via the T-handle; there are no motorised or remote adjustment features. The aluminium friction discs rely on hand-applied torque, so extremely heavy loads may require additional safety rigging.
