Transport Chain 4700 Lb 25 Ft

This transport chain is a car mount accessory built for securing loads during transit. It offers a working load limit of 4700 Lb across a 25 Ft length with 5/16 in links. The product is designed for automotive tie-down applications.

Drivers needing reliable cargo securement

It suits drivers and operators who require a single, high-strength chain assembly for vehicle-mounted load restraint. Buyers needing integrated ratchet binders, shorter lengths, or a different link grade should look at alternative tie-down systems.

4700 Lb capacity and 25 Ft reach

The chain comfortably handles loads up to its 4700 Lb rating, providing ample headroom for typical vehicle cargo and equipment transport. It runs out when the load exceeds this limit or when the 25 Ft length is insufficient for the tie-down geometry required.

Questions about this item

What mounting points on my vehicle are needed to attach this 5/16 in transport chain?

The chain is designed as a car mount accessory, so it requires compatible anchor points or tie-down locations on your vehicle rated for the 4700 Lb working load limit.

Can this 4700 Lb chain be used with older tie-down hardware rated for lower capacities?

The chain assembly has a 4700 Lb rating; any older hooks, binders or anchors used with it must meet or exceed that same capacity to maintain the full working load limit.

How can I verify the 25 Ft chain is installed correctly before loading?

Confirm the chain is fully engaged in the car mount brackets, the links sit without twists, and the end fittings are secured so the 4700 Lb rating applies across the full 25 Ft length.
