Kit contents and intended use

This kit combines a TRMS multimeter with 6000 counts resolution and a non-contact voltage tester pen. It measures AC and DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty ratio and temperature while also testing diodes, transistors and continuity. The pen detects live conductors from 12 V to 1000 V with selectable sensitivity. The set is aimed at DIY appliance repair and general electrical troubleshooting.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Confirm that the circuits you will test fall within the multimeter measurement ranges and the pen detection window of 12 V to 1000 V. Verify that your test leads and probes suit the terminals you need to access. Ensure you have appropriate personal protective equipment for the voltage levels involved. The multimeter requires a battery for operation, so check that a fresh cell is available.

Build integration and workflow

The multimeter includes a backlight, flashlight, data-hold function and a rear bracket for probe storage, letting you work in dim areas and keep leads organised. A silicone cover protects the body during bench or field use. Auto power-off and low-battery indication conserve power between jobs. The voltage pen offers high, medium and low sensitivity modes to distinguish live and neutral wires at close range, freeing you from contact measurements on energised conductors.
