Four-battery pack for legacy Sony camcorders

Each cell delivers 8.88 Wh at a nominal 7.4 V, and the charger feeds a constant 8.4 V at 600 mA until the green LED signals full charge. Because the chemistry is standard lithium-ion, voltage remains stable through most of the discharge curve, so the camcorder does not shut down prematurely during extended takes. The red LED gives a clear visual cue while charging, and the green light confirms readiness without guesswork. Users who need uninterrupted capture for events or interviews will find the output consistent from the first minute to the last.

Replaces ageing original packs when capacity has

This kit replaces Sony NP-FP30, NP-FP50, NP-FP51, NP-FP60, NP-FP70, NP-FP71, NP-FP90 and NP-FP91 batteries that no longer hold a useful charge. It also substitutes for the BC-TRP, BC-TRH, BC-TRV, BC-VH1 and AC-VQH10 chargers. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original cells have degraded after years of storage or when a shooter wants several fresh spares instead of nursing a single tired battery. It is not suited for modern cameras that use different battery form factors or higher-capacity packs.
