The Kanto ORA4MB is a pair of powered bookshelf speakers designed for desktop use. Each cabinet houses a 3/4" silk dome tweeter and a 4" aluminum concave cone woofer driven by a Class D bi-amplified design. Connectivity includes RCA, USB-C, Bluetooth and a subwoofer output, making the system suitable for computers, turntables, phones or a dedicated subwoofer. A remote control handles volume and source selection from across the desk.

Verify that your source device offers an RCA line output, a USB-C audio port or Bluetooth audio streaming. The speakers accept AC 100V to 240V at 50 or 60 Hz, so they work on mains voltages worldwide without a separate transformer. Ensure you have a free power outlet near the listening position for the included external power supply. The package supplies a 4-pin speaker cable to link the active and passive cabinets, plus rubber feet for isolation.

These speakers replace typical 2.0 or 2.1 plastic multimedia sets that lack a dedicated tweeter, a subwoofer output or digital USB-C input. The bi-amplified design and 60 Hz to 22 kHz frequency response deliver clearer mids and tighter bass than single-driver units. Adding an external subwoofer via the sub-out extends low-frequency output below the built-in 80 Hz high-pass filter.
