Solid brass mortise cylinder

The Ilco 7165AA2-46 is a new 1" mortise cylinder machined from solid brass bar stock to OEM specifications. It suits property owners and locksmiths who need a direct replacement for Adams Rite style hardware. The Duranodic black finish resists wear on interior and exterior doors alike. Keyed different with an Arrow AR1 keyway, each unit operates on its own unique key.

Fits 1.150 x 32 UNS threads

This cylinder threads into any mortise lock body cut for a 1.150 x 32 UNS thread pattern and a 1.360 inch (34.5 mm) face diameter. The included Adams Rite cam #2 engages the latch mechanism on most narrow-stile aluminium doors. Solid brass construction eliminates the need for frequent lubrication and withstands heavy commercial traffic. No additional adapters are required when the door prep matches the stated dimensions.

Five-pin Arrow AR1 keyway

The five-pin tumbler mechanism provides standard key control for single-door installations. It comfortably handles daily entry and exit cycles in retail, office or residential settings. The Arrow AR1 keyway limits master-keying depth, so facilities requiring extensive hierarchical systems will need a different cylinder profile. Different length cylinders are available for thicker doors beyond the 1" size.
