18×22 in Adjustable Screen Press

The Intsupermai Adjustable Pallet is a single-colour screen printing press with an 18 by 22 inch bedplate that tilts to a 30 degree incline. It is built for hobbyists and small studios that print onto flat items such as T‑shirts, pillow covers, headrests and non‑woven bags. The frame chuck adjusts vertically within a 2 cm range to accommodate substrates up to 2 cm thick. Tension springs on the lift mechanism can be tuned to match different frame sizes and weights.

Upgrade from fixed‑position presses

Conventional single‑colour presses lock the screen frame in a fixed position, limiting lateral adjustment to roughly 2 cm and front‑to‑back movement to about 5 cm. That rigidity makes precise registration difficult and often forces users to remake screens, a process that can take several hours per frame. This press adds an adjustable chuck and tunable spring tension, so the same screen can be repositioned accurately for repeat runs without remaking the plate.

45×55 cm bedplate with 2 cm thickness capacity

The 45 by 55 centimetre bedplate comfortably handles standard garment and accessory blanks up to 2 cm thick. It runs out when a project requires multi‑colour registration, a larger print area than 18 by 22 inches, or substrates thicker than the 2 cm chuck adjustment allows.
