The Intellinet 561273 provides 24 auto-sensing RJ45 ports that negotiate 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps speeds automatically. It is designed for small office and home networks that need wired expansion without configuration. Plug and Play operation means the switch works immediately after connecting devices. Both desktop placement and standard 19-inch rack mounting are supported.

48 Gbps Backplane Handles Sustained Traffic

A 48 Gbps internal backplane supplies the bandwidth needed when multiple ports run at full Gigabit rates simultaneously. Store and forward switching architecture checks each frame before forwarding, which maintains data integrity under continuous load. IEEE 802.3x flow control manages full duplex streams while collision-based backpressure handles half duplex segments. Green Ethernet technology reduces power on inactive ports and scales consumption to cable length.

Rackmount Build with Auto-MDIX Convenience

The metal chassis fits a standard 19-inch rack and also sits stably on a desktop, giving flexibility for different installation spaces. Auto-MDIX on every port removes the need for crossover cables, simplifying day-to-day patching and reconfiguration. Fanless operation keeps the unit silent in quiet office environments.
