Compact iOS thermal imager for PCB inspection

The InfiRay P2 Pro is a 256×192 resolution thermal camera that plugs directly into an iPhone Lightning port. It targets engineers and technicians who need immediate infrared vision on circuit boards, industrial heating elements or night-time observation without carrying a separate handheld unit. Buyers who need Android or USB-C connectivity, or who own an iPhone 15, cannot use this model.

Interface limited to Lightning iOS devices

The imager draws 350 mW from the host phone and operates at 25 Hz through a fixed 3.2 mm, F1.1 athermalised lens with a 56.0°×42.2° field of view. Temperature measurement spans -20 °C to 600 °C with ±2 °C or ±2 % accuracy, while the sensor achieves 50 mK NETD at 25 °C. There is no wireless link, no internal battery and no support for iPhone 15 or Android 6.0+ devices.

Silver aluminium body with optional macro lens

The 27×18×9.8 mm silver housing slips into a pocket and adds negligible bulk to the phone. A magnetic macro accessory enables 0.25 mm resistor inspection, while the prime lens focuses athermally from close range to infinity. Six colour palettes, point-line-plane measurement modes and instant image sharing are handled by the companion app, which receives online updates.
