The Hubbell NV2FG26 is a non-metallic light fixture rated for hazardous locations. It accepts a single 26-watt compact fluorescent lamp with a GX24Q3 base and operates on 120 to 277V AC power. The housing is moulded from 30 percent glass-filled thermoset polyester for high strength and chemical resistance. It carries UL 844, UL 1598, UL 1598 Marine and CSA C22.2 No. 137 approvals with NEMA 3, 4X and IP66 enclosure ratings.

Suited for corrosive industrial and marine sites

This fixture serves manufacturing plants, chemical and petro-chemical facilities, sewage treatment plants, offshore and dockside installations, and mining or agricultural operations. The enclosed, gasketed design resists most chemicals, hydrocarbons and solvents in indoor or outdoor settings. The fixture comfortably handles one 26-watt lamp across the full 120 to 277V AC supply range. The -40 degree F ambient temperature rating provides headroom for extreme cold environments. It runs out of capacity for applications requiring multiple lamps, higher wattage per fixture or voltage outside the stated AC range.
