Enterprise stackable access switch

The Aruba CX 6300M JL662A is a stackable switch built for enterprise campus, branch and data-centre access layers. It delivers 24 Gigabit ports with Class 4 PoE plus four SFP56 uplinks for high-density aggregation. The Gen7 ASIC architecture provides programmable performance for IoT, mobile and cloud workloads. Aruba Network Analytics Engine adds automated monitoring and troubleshooting at the access layer.

Replaces standalone access switches

This model replaces independent access switches when a single logical stack of up to 10 units simplifies management and scales port density. The jump is worth it when you need wirespeed 1, 10, 25 or 50 GbE uplinks and IEEE 802.3bt Class 4 power on every access port. Virtual Stacking Framework unifies configuration, monitoring and firmware updates across the stack.

Limited to SFP56 uplink form factor

The four SFP56 ports constrain uplink media to transceivers and cables that fit the SFP56 interface and supported speeds. Stacking cables and optics must match the 10-switch VSF limit and the available uplink bandwidth. No modular uplink bays or larger form-factor ports are present on this chassis. Power budget and thermal design are fixed by the integrated Class 4 PoE subsystem.
