DDR4-2133 interface limit

The PC4-2133 standard caps transfer rates at 2133 MT/s per pin. Registered DIMMs add one clock cycle of buffering, which is mandatory for supported ProLiant platforms. Mixing this module with faster DDR4 memory forces the channel to run at the lowest common speed. Platforms that do not support registered DDR4 cannot accept this module.
