The printer also arrives with a new maintenance kit covering fuser, rollers, pads and other wear parts, so early service calls are unlikely. With 1100 sheets on board the printer handles department-level workloads without constant attention, and the 45 ppm engine keeps queues short during peak periods. Duplex printing cuts paper consumption for double-sided documents. The 1200 dpi engine produces sharp text but cannot reproduce graphics at photo quality.
