Bundled USB-C to USB-A Adapter and 3.5 mm Cable

Two connection cables ship in the box: a USB-C lead with an inline call controller and a separate 3.5 mm analogue cord. Both cables are detachable, so a damaged lead can be swapped without replacing the whole headset. The inline controller provides mute, volume and answer/end functions on the USB connection only.

Limits of the Wired USB-C and Analogue Interfaces

Because the headset is fully wired, the user remains tethered to the host device and cannot move freely during calls. The 3.5 mm path provides only passive audio; call-control buttons and Dynamic EQ processing are inactive on that connection. USB audio relies on the host’s class driver, so features such as firmware updates or advanced equalisation depend on the operating system’s support. No wireless, Bluetooth or DECT capability is present.
