Direct Thermal Labels for Shipping and Barcodes

This pack contains 24 rolls of white direct thermal labels sized 4 by 2 inches on a 3 inch core. They are designed for use with Zebra, Eltron, Datamax, Intermec, SATO and Fargo desktop printers that have a transmissive label sensor. The labels suit shipping, Endicia postage, address labels, barcodes, badges and file folder tags. BPA free construction supports multiple contact scans without image smearing.

2800 Labels Across 24 Rolls

The total quantity of 2800 labels provides extended run time for high volume shipping stations or mail rooms. Each roll feeds continuously through compatible direct thermal printers without ink, toner or ribbon. The supply runs out when the 24 rolls are exhausted and no spare rolls remain on hand. There is no indicator on the roll itself to show remaining count.

Direct Thermal Print Method Constraints

Direct thermal media darkens when heated, so labels will fade or darken prematurely if exposed to strong sunlight, high heat or chemical contact. They cannot be used with thermal transfer printers that require a ribbon. Print legibility depends on the printer head condition and the transmissive sensor alignment. The 3 inch core fits standard desktop label printers but will not fit industrial machines that require a larger core diameter.
