Direct thermal shipping labels

These 4" x 1" direct thermal labels arrive on a 1" core with 1375 labels per roll. The white, square labels use a permanent adhesive and are perforated for easy separation. They are BPA free and packed in an individual mini-carton to protect the roll from sunlight and scuffing. Each label is blank and ready for printing with compatible desktop printers.

Works only with direct thermal printers

The labels require a desktop printer equipped with a transmissive label sensor and no thermal ribbon. They are compatible with Datamax, Intermec, SATO, Fargo and Zebra Eltron direct thermal desktop printers. Buyers whose printers rely on thermal transfer ribbons cannot use this product. The direct thermal chemistry is designed for applications needing multiple contact scans without image smearing.

Mini-carton protects each roll

Every roll ships in its own branded mini-carton that shields the labels from light exposure and physical damage during storage. The 1" core fits standard desktop label printers, and the outside diameter of 3.5" to 4" suits typical printer spindles. The permanent adhesive ensures labels stay fixed on shipping boxes, badges, barcodes and file folders. Users needing removable or repositionable adhesive should choose a different label type.
