Direct thermal shipping labels

These 1" x 2" direct thermal labels ship as a single roll of 750 white labels on a 1-inch core. They are designed for desktop printers that use a transmissive label sensor and do not require a thermal ribbon. The BPA-free material suits shipping, badge, barcode and general-purpose labelling tasks. Each roll is individually cartoned to protect the labels from sunlight and scuffing.

Perforated 1-inch core roll

The roll uses a 1-inch core with an outside diameter of 3.5 to 4 inches, fitting compatible direct thermal desktop printers. Perforations between labels allow clean separation after printing. The permanent adhesive bonds to cartons, folders and badges without smearing during multiple contact scans. Smooth label stock ensures consistent print quality across the full 750-label length.

Sustained printing on direct thermal stock

Because the labels are direct thermal, image density remains stable during long print runs without a ribbon to deplete.
